This studio space is perfect for a variety of events, including dance classes, workshops, parties, private dinners, private meetings, and more. It is equipped with mirrors, ample lighting, WIFI, beautiful hard woods floors, men & women restrooms, elevators (including freight for large equipment), free street parking, a 65-inch TV, and Bluetooth speakers.

Free parking is available on the street and in a parking lot on the corner of Lakeside and E. 49th Street. ​

Host Rules

​General Rules
Please note: 

• No smoking inside the space or building.
•  We are currently not hosting overnight stays or sleepovers.
• We are not offering private showings of the space prior to booking 
• We do not provide tables or chairs, but we can connect you to a local vendor ​

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our space is thoroughly cleaned between each event and booking to ensure safety for guests.

Cleaning Protocol

Enhanced cleaning measures:

• The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
• High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
• Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
• Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
• Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
• Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
• Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Once submitted, your deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling. This policy is in place to guarantee fairness and availability for all our clients. While deposits are non-refundable, we're here to work with you to find an alternative date or time if needed, depending on availability.
